Mounts & Load Cells

The CAS-SP9M tank mount assembly uses a hermetically sealed canister load cell with two attached mounting plates. The lower plate is rigidly mounted to the load cell. The top plate allows horizontal expansion but does not separate from the load cell. Capacities range from 50K to 300K.

Very popular, self-checking, easy to install, center pivot loading mild steel or stainless steel double ended shear beam mount. Mild steel or stainless steel environmentally protected to hermetic seal welded cap IP67 rated load cells are available in capacities from 1,000 lbs. to 125,000 lbs.

Isolated tension mount assembly available with a stainless steel potted S beam load cell with either a galvanized steel or stainless steel mount. Capacities range from 220 lbs to 11,000 lbs.
